Who we are

This policy covers the website of Nexa Consultancy. Questions about your personal information go through the chat assistant or the consultation form on this site.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms and choose to send us.

The study brief and the document checklists work in your browser. Your answers there are not sent to us unless you put them in a form or an email and send it yourself.

We never ask for passports, ID numbers, account logins or financial documents through this website. Please don't send them.

• Book a consultation: your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, where you're applying from, what you want to study, when you'd like to start, how to reach you, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Partner application: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, city, organisation, role, experience referring students, how you'd introduce people.
• Chat assistants: the messages you type to the support and application assistants.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry or application and to talk with you about your plans. You agree to this by ticking the consent box before you send a form.

If you go on to apply, we use the details you give us to prepare and send your applications.

Who we share it with

When you choose to apply, we share your application details with the college you are applying to. For our partner colleges, we send them directly. For other colleges, we send them through the third-party application platform that works with that college.

When you send a form, our website host passes it to an email delivery service, which sends it to our team's inbox. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.

To stop spam, we use your network (IP) address for a short time to limit repeated sending. If it is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks that a person is sending the form.

Messages you send to the chat assistants are passed to our own workflow service, which writes the reply. Please don't include passport or ID numbers in a chat.

We don't sell your details.

Cookies and analytics

One small cookie, nexa-consent, remembers your cookie choice for a year (the same value is kept in your browser's storage). It is needed for the choice to work.

Google Analytics 4 runs only if you click Accept. It then sets its own cookies to count visits and clicks. We never send it names, email addresses, phone numbers or what you type in a form. If you decline, it doesn't load.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent.

Use the chat assistant or the consultation form and tell us what you'd like.
